We are currently recruiting for an exciting career opportunity for Lean Manufacturing Specialist/ Expert in our production site in Dupnitsa.

The opportunity

This position is based in Dupnitsa and reports to the site OPEX Lead.

It will support the site Operational Excellence Lead in delivering value by enabling productivity and efficiency improvements, interacting with all employees of the plant at every level of the organization.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Support and guide development and implementation of the Operational Excellence improvement(OPEX) activities across the organization
  • Explore process and system development opportunities for operational efficiency 
  • Coordinate and support process mapping and process optimization activities 
  • Monitoring of introduced developments, evaluation of results
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Interface with project managers and teams
  • Actively support and improve Idea Management System
  • Provide trainings, coaching and capability building at the plant 
  • Demonstrate appropriate use of Lean techniques during implementation of improvement projects
  • Promote a performance mindset at all site levels through Lean events, standardization and simplification initiative.
  • Act as a change agent and key influencer to enhance the Lean culture
  • Visualize and communicate improvements, best practices and results across the organization

 

Your experience and qualifications

  • University degree – preferably in science and economics
  • Deep understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodology & tools will be considered as an advantage
  • OPEX and transformation knowledge will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in operational functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain will be considered as an advantage
  • Project management experience and excellent time management skills
  • High integrity / values orientation
  • Desire to make a change, be self-directed and persevering
  • Willingness to learn and acts as a role model
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills required in coordinating activities
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and conversational level in English
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office
