Exciting opportunity to be part of the Fortrea Global Internship Program as a Segment Accounting EMEA analyst - Intern.

About the Team:

  • The Segment accounting team is responsible for the timely and accurate Month end closing of the books for multiple EMEA entities.

 

Internship Assignment Summary:

  • Participate actively in the various month end activities.
  • Prepare and book journals entries in the accounting system.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations after the month end.
  • Provide support to the team for multiple ad-hoc accounting requests.
  • Prepare reports for multiple stakeholders.
  • Review and analysis of the P&L and BS variances.

 

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Working towards bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance/Economics.
  • Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
  • Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership.
