Looking for a new colleague to join European National Panel

We are a technology company working in market research industry. For our clients (research agencies, consultants, end clients) we collect online data (questionnaires) on our own panels.

Currently we operate in 5 countries (CZ, SK, HU, PL, BG) with a total of 150,000 members, we are opening Romania in 2023. Recently, we celebrated 10 years in business and continue to grow at a rapid pace. We are owned by 3 top research agencies in CZ - NMS, STEM/MARK and Nielsen, we are an active member of research agency associations SIMAR, ESOMAR.

We would like to find self-driven, smart, responsible individual who would be in dual position on Bulgarian market – project manager + business developer

We require

• At least university bachelor degree in sociology/economics, or experience in the field is an advantage, but not necessary

• Fluent in verbal / written English and Bulgarian; knowledge of Czech, Slovak or Romanian language is a benefit

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

• Additional IT experience such as working with SQL, PBI etc. is an extra bonus for us

• Basic salary based on hourly project management attendance

• Personal bonus on business development and new business (10% of revenues)

• Remote position based in Bulgaria or local in CZ Prague office

Project manager’s role

First you would get intensive training on our own software, company processes, pricing structure, panel structure. Usually our internal communication language is English. After successful training you would be performing in these areas:

Project preparation - communication with clients (external agencies or parent companies), advising on preparation of projects (feasibility estimate, time schedule for data collection, etc.), pricing of projects according to specified parameters using a pricing calculator with the possibility of autonomous decision on margin increase.

Project implementation – after a written approval of the project by the client, you would coordinate and conduct data collection, i.e. set up of the project, send out invitations to selected respondents, ensuring data collection, You would communicate with the client until the data collection is completed. If necessary, you would arrange the collection on other online panels in or outside of Bulgaria.

Invoicing, remuneration - after completion of the project, you would invoice the client, process the remuneration to the panel members, appropriate feedback to panelists if mistakes were done.

As part of work activities, you also may participate in PR communication with panel members, other marketing activities, and in cooperation with the Support team you would help to resolve complaints of panelists. As instructed by the supervisor, you may assist with other activities that may relate to various areas of the company's operations, e.g. recruitment of new panel members, development activities, testing of new software, hw, panel administration, other operational processes, tasks including induction of new employees Business development role?

We would like to grow our business in Bulgaria, therefore we need more clients, more projects, higher revenues. In this role you would communicate not only with the existing clients, but primarily you would be approaching a new potential clients via phone, mail, social networks. Our targets are market research agencies, global sample providing companies, PR and media companies and end clients (for example, Coca Cola, Adidas etc.. companies with own mrkt research department). You would also be responsible for the sufficient recruitment of new panel members, sustainability and operability of the panels, for setting the suitable pricing policy of the company with respect to the strategic intent of the company
